*Cancellation and Refund Policy*

Charis Bespoke Cake Artist believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • Charis Bespoke Cake Artist does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Charis Bespoke Cake Artist, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

### *Reservation Cancellations*

If you have made a reservation with Charis Bespoke, we kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for a table.

- *How to Cancel:*

- *Cancellation Timing:*

We request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 2 hours prior to your reservation time. This helps us manage our seating and service efficiently.

### *Special Requests and Event Cancellations*

For any special requests, catering orders, or private events, please review the terms discussed during your booking. If you need to cancel or make changes, the following conditions generally apply:

- *Cancellations Made 48 Hours in Advance:*

If you cancel your event or catering order at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, no cancellation fee will apply.

- *Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance:*

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or order, a cancellation fee may apply based on the nature and scope of the request.

### *No-Show Policy*

If you fail to show up for your reservation without notifying us, we reserve the right to offer the table to other guests after a 15-minute grace period. Consistent no-shows may result in limitations on future reservations.

### *Changes to This Policy*

Charis Bespoke reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
